Mope Desenvolvimentos is a custom software development company that offers the creation of websites, web systems, mobile apps, custom platforms, automation and artificial intelligence solutions. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified or discontinued at any time.

4. Projects and Payments
Development projects are contracted through an approved commercial proposal. By hiring a service, you authorize charges using the agreed payment method. Payments follow the schedule defined in the contract and projects are delivered according to the approved scope.
Refunds follow the conditions established in the project contract. After development has started, refunds are granted at the discretion of Mope Desenvolvimentos.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features and functionality of the Service are owned by Mope Desenvolvimentos and protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express permission. Rights to the source code of projects follow what is established in each project's contract.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mope Desenvolvimentos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users about significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after the changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
